Chele's chicken n yellow rice

1 rotisserie chicken
1 family size package Vigo yellow rice
1 large onion chopped small
1 green pepper, chopped small
water as directed by yellow rice package


Remove chicken from bones. Dump everything (including chicken but not bones) into a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Put lid on top and do not remove for about 15-20 minutes,

 
 Cuban pork roast

1 pork roast
monterrey seasoning
apple juice
yellow rice

Put roast in slow cooker or crockpot. Cover with seasoning. Put enough apple juice in to be up about 1/2 way up side of roast. Cook 3-4 hrs on high or 6-8 on low/med or until roast is falling apart. Serve with rice.
 
 
 

 Farmhouse Loaf Cake
ingredients :
200g sultanas  
1/2 pint of non sweetened orange juice,
75g of low fat marg,
200g of whole meal self raising
raising flour,
25g of natural wheat bran
1teasp of mixed spice
 2 eggs .       
 soak sultanas in in orange juice

overnight,
preheat oven to 180c or gas mark 4 or

160c for fan ovens
grease and line a 15cm /6inch round cake

tin,
 mix flour bran and spice,
rub marg in till like breadcrumbs,
stir in beaten egg fruit and juice ,
turn mix into tin and bake for 1 and 1/2

hrs
 or until a skewer pushed into the

centre comes out clean allow to cool ,
this cake is moist and yummy

Sara's Recipie

 

 Blender Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

1 Graham cracker pie crust

6 eggs

8oz.s cream cheese

1 cup of sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Put all ingrediants in blender

and puree them, pour into pie crustand bake at 350 .

for about 45 mins or until knife in center comes out clean.

it raises quiet high during baking,more like a mousse, Let cool and add favorite topping.

 Yorkshire Pudding

6 oz of plain flour ,
pinch salt,
2 eggs beaten,
and 1/2 pint water and mil mixed,
sieve flour into a large bowl make a well in center ,
add salt and egg draw flour infrom sides of bowls slowly mixing it,
then add liquid slowly when well mixed beat with a wooden spoon gently tilting bowl as u do and beat for bout 2 minutes ,mix does not want to be to thick or to runny ,
inbetween,
then cover bowl with a cloth for a couple of hours,
heat oil in a oven pan medium sized or even small ones u need bout 1 teasp for small ones and a tablesp for large ones,
after fat is hot bout 4 mins take out and stir batter then pour into hot fat i usually put my cooker on 190 fan,
200 electric and bout 6 for gas,
